Contemporary textile and mixed media art
Julie Kelly is a contemporary textile and mixed media artist based In Filey, North Yorkshire. Born in Hull, she grew up surrounded by art and craft with both parents working in the creative arts.
Re-using and re-purposing materials is an important factor in her crafts and she can often be found beach combing and collecting shells, sea glass and ghost rope to be incorporated into her art.
